Rose Woods, purported herself as Public Relations Officer of Microsoft and informed about the winning of £450,000GBP (Four  hundred and fifty thousand British Pounds Sterling) and HP ENVY 14 series laptop.

To authenticate their spam mail cyber criminals used the names of other organizations like British Gaming Board and International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR).

I received a mail apparently from Yahoo! team asking to use the link provided in the mail to upgrade my Yahoo! account. 

The URL (http://burgoscuenta.com/yahoomailplus/yahoomail.html) of the link provided in the mail lead me to a fake and look-alike Yahoo! log-in page.

Once the recipient will put his Yahoo! account ID and password it will update the database of spammers to use the same for their malpractices in the future.
